He has well-proven experience in Marketing and Consulting experience across Healthcare, Banking, Company Law, Insurance, and Research sectors.

After the 2 decades of Professional experience in all the facets of Business from various perspectives like marketing, technical, economic, political, social, etc., to make his dreams a reality of establishing an advanced Apparel & Fashion Industry he got trained in textile weaving by Hiraiwa Japan, and dying process at Kleinewefer GmbH, and was trained in Knitting Socks Textiles at Booseong and Susang International South Korea.

He did produce Diabetic Socks with natural qualities of merino wool, for people living with diabetes to help prevent foot ulcers, wearing merino wool socks.

2. Viswasai Educational Society started with the objective to educate destitute children irrespective of caste, creed and community. The various projects we are running, along with the school and orphanage, help to save children from child labor exploitation, abuse and early marriage, thereby changing the lives of many disadvantaged young people and their families.

This is to be achieved by providing them with free basic school education, healthy home atmosphere, guiding these children towards understanding the need for healthy living and secure a place for them among the rest of the society. This has a strong focus on the development of literacy and numeracy skills as these are basic building blocks of learning and as a blazing light symbolizing the knowledge and wisdom radiating out to dispel the darkness of ignorance. The radiant rays of the lamp fan out in a Uni -Direction Sharpening knowledge and empowering with Environment, energy, education, efficiency, expertise, enthusiasm, experience in performing excellence!.

Social Workers and Caretakers of this Society look after these students in the dormitories and help them to learn about hygiene, social skills, and study skills. We have separate Housing for Boys and Girls. This project includes life skills training, and counseling. Viswasai Educational Society provides a creative healing space for any parent that has experienced trauma in the home. It aims to empower them by giving them training and helping them finding job opportunities. Our social workers explain Government assistance schemes and how to navigate the bureaucracy and open a bank account. The program also provides counseling and life skills. Parents learn about positive child-rearing practices to improve their interaction with their children. They meet at the school every Sunday, enjoying and benefiting from each other’s company and occasionally having a singing and dancing session. Participation has been life-changing for many. This provides creative arts, physical activities, and Life Skills training.

This project helps with healing and confidence-building through creative classes in dance, judo, yoga, drama, music, painting, and drumming. Education Extension for Senior Girls aims to help them become responsible adults and behave as responsible adults. They are supervised and supported during their studies. The absence of such programs makes girls vulnerable to dropping out of school, early marriage, violence, and labor exploitation.

Siv Organic Forms: As the market for organic food and other products has grown rapidly since 1990, reaching $63 billion worldwide in 2012, Sivkishen Ji promoted agricultural activity in March 2000 as Siv Organic Forms as realistic representations of the natural world or living things. This Organic agriculture is a production system that sustains the health of soils, ecosystems, and people. It relies on ecological processes, biodiversity and cycles adapted to local conditions, rather than the use of inputs with adverse effects. Organic agriculture combines tradition, innovation, and science to benefit the shared environment and promote fair relationships and good quality of life for all involved. His activity is in Vegetables from ecological farming. He raised vegetable crops by the use of organic waste such as animal wastes, plant wastes, crop wastes, farm wastes, and biological materials to keep the soil alive. This required much more effort and time than other cultivation methods. His digital marketing started growing organic vegetables in a short time and much easier way. It was challenging and yet enjoyable!

Sivkishen Ji did create the perfect soil for vegetable, nonchemical vegetable farmers vastly relays on compost or natural fertilizer. He introduced the Green manure that did help to get nitrogen from the atmosphere increases soil nutrients, prevents erosion; furthermore, it stores and holds the organic matters & nutrients in the non-growth season. He is using natural equipment for better biological processes in controlling micro-organisms. Today, all most of all formers in this area are following his new methods and growing vegetables. He made M/s Goldwon Textiles Ltd a debt-free unit and settled all the liabilities and is now taking up his career to the next level.
